We consider any UNSOLICITED TEXT MESSAGES; NOTIFICATIONS; ALERTS; OR ANY MESSAGES THAT YOU MAY RECEIVE FROM SOMEONE WHO SHOULD NOT HAVE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER, as SPAM. ASL doesn’t tolerate text message SPAM, we only allow verified opt-in subscriptions. We do NOT allow the use of 3rd party lists, whether consent has been gathered or not.

 

Anti-Spam Policy Enforcement

 

As per our Terms and conditions, our clients agree NOT to use ASL to send unsolicited Text Messages or Spam. All Text Messages sent using ASL’s clients is tracked. We support OPT-OUT using text message and clients also have the ability to remove mobile numbers in case you contact them directly. ASL restricts our clients from adding a mobile number to their list that has been previously Opted-Out or is a Blocked number in our system. If we suspect a violation of our Anti-Spam policy, we will contact the user or employee and discuss his options, which may range from a warning to termination of service . To the best of our knowledge, our system adheres to ALL state and national laws regarding sending unsolicited mass text messages.

We ensure that all subscribers can opt-out quickly, easily, and permanently from unwanted text message communications. Please report unwanted messages or SPAM to alain@asl.com.lb with your mobile number, along with message sender number, and message date time.
